Highlands staff has been outstanding! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Edricka! She is truly exceptional and goes above and beyond in the love, care, and compassion she shows my aunt. Her positive energy, kindness, and genuine warmth make such a difference every single day. Edricka has a special gift for making others feel loved, valued, and cared for. She treats my aunt like family, always going the extra mile with patience, attention, and a loving heart. It is rare to find someone who puts so much of herself into caring for others. I am incredibly grateful for Edricka and the peace of mind she brings our family. She is an absolute blessing, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!
I had a very good experience getting my husband settled in at Highlands today for a respite stay. Tamara and Edrika showed so much care in making sure he was comfortable, and were very particular in making sure they understood his needs. I appreciate how easy they have been to communicate with and work with.
I would like to give a high five to Cynthia for her outstanding attention to the care and support given concerning my sister. She was very gracious and patient to listen to my inquiries regarding my sister's medications and her well-being. She gets a gold star from me.
Jenohn, Edricka, and Shreya have been absolutely phenomenal in helping us with my father in law all the way through his diagnosis, multiple escape attempts, stabilization and even in his passing. We will FOREVER be grateful 🙏

Ebony, Destiny and Kyonna are very good workers! They are patient and dependable! Kyonna is always smiling and tries to cheer everyone up ☺️! Destiny knows how things should be done and supports the others. Ebony is very caring and remembers what we need. They all watch out for us! Bless them!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Highlands Senior Living in Norcross and was genuinely impressed by the atmosphere, professionalism, and warmth throughout the community. Edricka Hilton, Director of Memory Care, was especially welcoming, attentive, and compassionate in her interactions. My experience with the entire staff was very positive, and it was clear that there is a sincere commitment to caring for residents with dignity, patience, and respect. The environment here at the highlands is fantastic the people here are nice kind and friendly we like to work with each other help each other as a team.

I had to move my husband from another facility. Short after he moved to highland, I noticed an improvement: he started to talk again, walk and eat. He seemed happier here. The staff was amazing. Edricka and Jenohn did a fantastic job, every time I had a concern, this was addressed fast and in a timely manner. They took good care of him until the day he departed. I can't thank you enough for everything you did for him. Thank you so much.
