I needed help with a well water test and couldn't find anyone in the area to do it for less than an astronomical amount of money. I called Hilary Home Inspections hoping to be lucky and get their help despite the distance of travel for them and my prayers were answered! Hilary not only helped us out with the job, she was super nice and courteous to both myself and the homeowner along the way. Professional service, excellent experience! I can't wait to use them again. Thank you so much!
Hilary did a terrific and thorough job, knew everything there was to know, gave us a detailed and actionable report, and was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommended!

Very meticulous, patient, and considerate, carefully inspecting every corner and roof. Water, electricity, gas, and even if the terrain is sloping were checked, it was very professional.
