Ryan, Berto, and the team were great to work with! Two years ago we had them come out to check the roof for damage and they showed there was regular wear and tear but no need for true repair or replacement. Fast forward to this year and, four hailstorms and some interior damage later, the roof was in significantly worse condition. They were exceptionally communicative through the whole process and were timely with their work. They were even kind enough to chat with my very curious kiddos as they worked! Would highly recommend Hisway!

I recommend Hisway Roofing. Elijah did a throw inspection and found several issues. We prioritized the repairs that were needed and I chose to only have some of the work done at this time. Elijah was great to work with, was able to give estimates for what I needed and scheduled the work as soon as I agreed. Working with everyone at Hisway has been a great experience. From the two gentlemen who inspected our roof to Brett who submitted our insurance claim. We were able to settle claim within a week. Hisway did a great job replacing my roof. They also corrected a significant construction issue from the original builder. (!) Brett and Berto were great to work with and quite knowledgeable. Berto’s crew was very hard working, professional and friendly. They came early and worked late. The whole process was very quick too. I now have a more structurally sound roof with a higher quality shingle to better handle crazy Middle TN weather. Hisway gets my strongest recommendation and I won’t hesitate to use them in the future.

If I could give it zero stars i would. Everytihing was done online or via text. First guy showed up, didnt know what was being done or where, then leaves. Rescheduled for a few days later. Two guys show up. Once again asking me what to do and where. None of the guys spoke good enough english to be able to talk to them. I fired them on the spot. I have a house under contract and I kept getting strung along. I dont have time for that.
