It is quite unfortunate when you genuinely need assistance, it’s not readily available. But if you’re a criminal, lawyers are at the ready. If you have time to waste with an intake form, just to be quickly rejected? Go for it. Otherwise, nothing but time wasted and no assistance. I’m not sure why these lawyers…

HKM is worthless. Nobody speaks to you but they claim they can't help you. Off of having no information? Of course you can't win a case when you have no idea what's going on. My case is whistleblowing, retaliation and wrongful termination. Their website claims they help with those issues but can't nobody can help…

It’s like a factory for legal intakes. I’m not sure if they do any of the work they advertise. Will definitely waste your time with 1 million questions and a very rushed phone call. They will also call you to delete negative reviews and offer “free assistance,” then never respond again after getting what they want.

It is quite unfortunate when you genuinely need assistance, it’s not readily available. But if you’re a criminal, lawyers are at the ready. If you have time to waste with an intake form, just to be quickly rejected? Go for it. Otherwise, nothing but time wasted and no assistance. I’m not sure why these lawyers encourage you to fill out intake forms if they claim they’re so busy, why not just initially put that on their pages by so time is not wasted?!

FRAUD. I saw their ads and contacted them because for years I've been a victim of Uber's ill practices to us rideshare drivers/gig workers. I've sent them a detailed email of all the accounts and was prepared to follow up with evidence. Uber, Lyft, and Hire right have violated my rights and terminated me as a driver of over 7 years due to a false allegation made by a customer who retaliated against me for ending the trip early. They did not investigate and deactivated me, as well as reported this falsehood to HireRight and they reported this to all the rideshare companies destroying my ability to work as a rideshare driver. I've done customer service over 20 years and actually have plenty of kudos from passengers but no claims of behavior like this at any job I've ever worked at in my life and this is the job I've done longer than any other. Never had a y weird complaint but that didn't matter. There's more but I've sent them all these details and this is a documented struggle rideshare drivers all over the country have been fighting and they told me they couldn't represent me and provided some vague response as to why in this lame email. This is what they advertise and they can't help me with one of the most well-known ongoing issues between rideshare drivers and Uber technologies. You would think they would have a team already put together for that specific situation. Has this been going on for a very long time and it's well documented. What a pathetic law firm

She got me through a situation I never want to deal with again and I’m incredibly grateful for her. The only downside to everything being over is that I actually miss talking to her 😂
