Customers frequently cite professional installation, thorough explanations of equipment, and affordable pricing when reviewing the security and camera services. Many highlight quick scheduling and helpful staff who ensure customers understand system operations. However, some low-star reviews describe technicians arriving late, failing to resolve issues, and charging for incomplete work, alongside complaints about contract extensions without clear notification.
