On 10/21/26 we had endured property damage in Phoenix. We called Hobica to check the A/C since our roof was destroyed. We called Hobica & they came out in 4 hours! IT COST US NOTHING since had our unit insured. Thankfully we were fine! GREAT Customer Service!!
Thank you, Eileen for the 5 star home service review! We're thrilled to hear that you're happy with the service received for your Phoenix home!
I watched one of their drivers make a left turn and almost running over two children in the crosswalk on their way to school. I called the company to let them know and they have an AI system answering calls. I emailed their customer service this morning and no reply. Complete disregard for children can’t imagine their service is any better.
Ivan performed my AC servicing with great care & was very thorough in his explanation of the work done & benefits of membership in Care Club. All done with patience & a smile that made for a comfortable experience! Thank you for sending such a capable employee!
