Kaleb does a wonderful job I always try to tip him and he always says no but I find a way to get it to him..lol, anywho he does an amazing job and I appreciate the calls he does to schedule my appointment!!

We’ve been using Hobb’s Pest Control for a few years now and have been extremely happy with the service they’ve always provided. Ryan, our tech, is friendly, courteous and does an exceptional job of always addressing any concerns we have. Would highly recommend.

Pay them to come out and do a home inspection for Pass before I bought the home report came back. There was no pass then had another inspector come out and they found tons of sign rot and a lot of stuff that Hobbs missed. I told Them and sent them pictures of what they missed. They offered to come back out again for another inspection for free, but you’re only there for 10 minutes. Why would I want you to come out again and do another crappy job called the office got nowhere they put me around in circles. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I will be in touch next week. 9/8: Tony, well, after looking up your account and speaking with our staff. Looks like you did not get the runaround. Looks like you actually spoke directly to our inspector on multiple occasions and due to the amount of complaining that was received from you we went ahead and refunded you $95 of the inspection fee even though we were at your house for 29 minutes and 12 seconds. All of our trucks are equipped with GPS which gives us the ability to see where all technicians and inspectors are at all times. We also did a full report we’ve got all the pictures and findings which you did receive the inspection was done thoroughly. It occurs to me even after trying to accommodate you for no other reason then to try to please you you’ve decided to go on and leave a Review with false accusations. It is very clear now. I just want to give a shout out to Nick, who went above and beyond to help! In my case, another stinkin’ rat left a calling card in another area of my house. It was so discouraging and disturbing as I thought my “rat issues” were behind me. Called Hobbs on Monday morning, Nick fit me in to his already busy schedule, came by, and figured out where Mr. Rat got in to this other area of my house. He went underneath the house, found the issue and shored up the rodent’s entry way. Thank you so much, Nick! For fitting me in at a moment’s notice, then taking the time to actually figure out how the rat/s got in. 😊. P.S. As Hobbs does “critter maintenance bi monthly, there was no extra charge for Nick’s visit.
