Absolutely ridiculous was told bring car back next day, that it would be 3hrs came back next day at 8am and we did not leave till 1pm. Will never go back never had we ever 5 hrs just front and back rotors and brakes ! p.s. customer was good.

Keenan, waiting five hours for front and back rotors and brakes is not the experience we want anyone to have. However, I am not sure you completely understand what the condition of your brake system was. Every single one of your Caliper Pins was completely frozen and seized into the Caliper bracket. Rather than do what most shops do, sell you new Calipers or just force the pads in and make it work only to have problems later, we heated every bolt, lubricated every slide, saved you money and sent you out with brakes that operate the way they are supposed to and that will last you a long time. Yes, it took an extra hour of your time but I believe we did an exceptional job. Please call us at (586) 871-1111 and ask for the Tom or Tony and we would be happy to discuss this or do what we can to make you happy. Thanks for coming in.

Had my tie rod and tire replaced with a wheel alignment $700. They do good work but they are too expensive. Might as well go to a dealership. Never see them running any specials.

Tom is great. He goes above and beyond. No upselling, no making up repairs I dont need, no price gouging, no bs. He explained clearly what was wrong, what my car needed, the timeline.
