Hole in One Landscaping has done a wonderful job with our yards. Jonathon and his crews added stonework to our 12 tree rings and flowerbeds; added 10 specimen trees (oaks, crepe myrtles and magnolias); did pre-emergence on our yards; and added spring plants and bushes that has made our yards the envy of the neighbors. We have also used the yard maintenance services including weed control, grubb control, top dressing, and mowing services. We highly recommend them.

**Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Follow-Through**
Hello, I’m an Army veteran, and I’m very disappointed with my experience with Hole in One Lawn in San Antonio, TX.
Over the weekend, I scheduled a free phone consultation through the company’s website. On October 19, 2026, I received a call from a gentleman who identified himself as calling from Nebraska to arrange a phone appointment for 3:00 p.m. I was also asked to send pictures of my front lawn, which I promptly provided. I have screenshots documenting the photos I sent.
Unfortunately, 3:00 p.m. came and went, and I never received the scheduled phone call or any communication explaining why the appointment was missed.
I understand that things can come up, and schedules can change. However, a simple phone call or message to let me know the appointment needed to be rescheduled would have been the professional and courteous thing to do.
What disappoints me most is the lack of communication and follow-through. As a potential customer, I took the time to schedule the consultation, respond to the company’s request, and provide the requested information. I expected that same level of consideration in return.
I was genuinely looking forward to discussing my lawn care needs, but this experience has left me feeling disappointed and overlooked. **First impressions matter, and communication is an important part of earning a customer's trust.**
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its scheduling and customer communication practices. Customers deserve the courtesy of knowing whether their appointments will be honored.
Unfortunately, based on my initial experience, I cannot give a positive recommendation at this time.

Thank you Jonathon, Ricky, Jorge, and the entire crew at Hole in One Lawns for a job well done! We were looking to change the look of the front of our home which previously had gray rocks that weren't particularly attractive and constantly needed weeding. We also wanted to make a patio area (that also had the gray rocks) more functional. Hole in One provided great ideas with pictures to help us visualize what it would look like, and a detailed estimate with several optional add ons. We approved the project and they quickly got to work. The project was completed efficiently and looks amazing! Several of our neighbors have already texted us saying how much they like the new landscaping. Highly recommend Hole in One!
