I came to HolisTech Wellness Center during a desperate time when I was struggling with insomnia, anorexia, anxiety, and depression. I began my journey with an Ayurvedic Health Coach Consultation. Paige met me where I was at and I immediately felt supported. Her guidance in applying Ayurvedic principles through diet brought back my appetite. She led me through therapies such as Shirodhara, PEMF, Biomodulator, BrainTap, Ayurvedic Facials, and herbal formulas to address my nervous system, fascia, tension and sleep-all of which helped me gain peace of mind and to start sleeping again.

3 months ago my body was so inflamed from early onset Rheumatoid Arthritis that I couldn’t live. Everything from opening doors to typing to walking drained my energy because of the pain. I couldn’t make it through a day without sleeping and I thought the brain fog was going to be here the rest of my life.
Flashback 3 years ago. I tried all kinds of healing modalities. They would only get me so far. But the pain, inflammation, and exhaustion never left.
Finally, I realized the one thing I hadn’t tried was Ayurveda. I met Paige and my life CHANGED.
She was able to talk to me about ALL the systems of living working together. She showed me why the other modalities weren’t working. It wasn’t that they were wrong. It was that I needed an entirely different approach to entering them. I needed the wholistic, nourishing, care first. And Paige provides that in all the ways!
Within these last three months with Paige’s coaching, her incredible bodywork, and endless knowledge of cutting edge healing body sciences I now no longer have brain fog, can stay awake the whole day, and have reduced the inflammation to almost zero.
Finding Paige has given me both hope and proof that healing is possible when we look at the entire system of life. Treating each body, each life circumstance, and each malady for the unique person-not a blanket prescription- was the key that has given me life back.
I could talk about all of Paige’s certifications, which are many and immersive. But the most important thing is that she lives this work. So the wisdom is not separate from her. Not in a book. It is in the living breathing evolution of her devotion to what it means to be whole, to be well, and to contribute to life.
