Dr. Kaufman and Dominique are the dream team! After my husband and I were in a car accident, we started seeing Dr. Kaufman for whiplash. She is so knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about her craft; we trust her very much! Not only do we love coming in to Holistic Chiropractic Center, but we love how we feel when we leave. Can’t express our gratitude enough.
If it’s a pain in your back, Dr. Shannon Kaufman and Dominique got your back! Seriously though, I’ve been attended to by numerous chiropractic practitioners for the last 25 years and after moving to Seattle a few years back I had difficulty finding one that could embrace my structural challenges with that magic touch I had experienced in the past in San Francisco. That was until I discovered this practice! I can’t tell you in text how grateful I am to have found Holistic Chiro a few months ago. The improvement of my life as a result of the pain relief and increased flexibility/mobility afforded by Dr. Kaufman’s treatment is undeniable. In addition to the fabulous chiropractic treatment one is always welcomed into a friendly, engaged and connected environment by the genuine presence of Dominique. If you want to feel better in your body and in your being, this is the place for you!🙏
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kauffman and Dominique. After dealing with constant, chronic tension— and trying several chiropractors without lasting relief — this is the first time in years it truly feels under control instead of overwhelming. After about 5 visits, my day-to-day discomfort dropped to a level that feels manageable again, which is a huge change from where I started. This was not an easy or straightforward case, and Dr. Kauffman approached it with real attentiveness, expertise, and a clear focus on long-term improvement rather than quick fixes. The difference has been substantial. Dominique deserves a shout-out as well — friendly, organized, and makes scheduling completely stress-free. I’m genuinely grateful I found this practice and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Dr Kaufman rocks!! I have had a hard time with my lower back pain. And Dr Kaufman has been such a great healer! I'm almost pain free. Over the years, it's been great knowing Dominique at the front desk who brightens up a dull day pretty quickly!

This was a pleasant experience!! I popped out a rib on Wednesday morning 10/01/2025, called out of work for it, and I called Holistic Chiro at 3pm. Dominique at the front was so helpful getting me in last second (15 mins later!!). I got there 3:15pm, they placed me in a room ASAP, and Dr. Shannon Kaufman came in there moments later. Shannon spent a good 20 mins gathering health and family history along with the issue at hand, then led me through a few quick determining tests to find the issue in my back. I have to say I was a little skeptical at first because I am a 6'2" female 350+ lbs, and I wasn't sure Dr. Shannon could help someone of my size, but she surpassed my anxieties and assumptions, and knew her stuff!!! I swear she could use two fingers to trace along my spine and find exactly which ribs precisely were "out" or inflamed in seconds. Then, she made a few adjustments to my back, and neck. I went from severely impacted mobility and hard to breathe, to back to Normal with only minor aches from the adjustments. I walked out of there a new person! And, I slept soo good that night. Dominique is also A1 (top notch) at the front desk. They helped me understand the full billing and claim reimbursement process with Medicaid. They were also very kind and charismatic with my social anxiety. A+ This is not your average chiropractor. Dr. Kaufman has special training and ways of evaluating the body to truly understand what is causing the pain. I have been to many chiropractors and she is one of the best. Dominique is also super helpful and accommodating. If you’ve been to other chiropractors before and not have good results, I would highly recommend giving them a try. It’s an amazing experience to walk out and not be in pain. Highly recommend!!!
