You can tell this isn’t just a service—she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every part of the experience. This was my first REAL lymphatic drainage massage, and I honestly couldn’t believe the difference. I walked out feeling lighter, less bloated, refreshed, and like my body could finally breathe again. She explained everything she was doing, answered every question I had, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. What stood out to me the most was how much she truly cares about her clients. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling like I was treated with so much kindness and genuine care. That means everything to me. This was my first time getting a lymphatic massage! Josie was so great and gentle! Explained the whole process thoroughly and I really enjoyed my experience.
Josie made me feel very comfortable. She has a wealth of knowledge and has such a relaxed atmosphere. If you have lipidema like I do it is hard to find people who understand but she does and is such a blessing to find her. I will be returning!

I had my first session of manual lymphatic drainage with Josie at HHK and I was glad I went. She is professional and made me feel very comfortable as she explained what she’d be doing during the full body session. She is knowledgeable and I liked that she was willing to share with me. I felt my body was more in flow and also noticed less puffiness in my face even the following day. I look forward to going back for another session next week! :)
