We would highly recommend Holly to sell or buy a home. Right from the beginning she was patient and informative and gave us time to make our decision. No pressure on her part. Once we were ready to begin our sale, she had all the necessary information for us. She was very personable and knowledgeable throughout the process. Her smile and upbeat manner made it a pleasure to work with her. Her staff was always available and kept us informed of procedures that needed to be followed. All in all she made it as easy and pleasant as possible.
Holly made the home buying experience so easy and worry-free. My wife and I are active duty military and have never purchased a home site-unseen, but with our next move we needed to move into a stable situation for our kids to thrive. We contacted Holly and she went the extra mile to find a home we were comfortable purchasing from afar.

Holly helped us sell some property we inherited. She got it listed quickly. She was great communicating. She guided us through many things we didn’t know, be it forms or just the process. She is a genuine kind person. We are very grateful for all she did for us.

Thank you Dee for such a kind review! I loved working with you all and I hope our paths cross again soon 😊
Highly recommend Holly for anyone in the market for a homd purchase. She made the process very easy with her attention to detail and quick response. She was able to find me an affordable house with a VA loan all while I was still stationed in Korea.

Great working with you Andrew, we hope you love it here as much as we do!
Holly was an excellent realtor who went above and beyond to support us while I was overseas. She worked closely with my wife and me to ensure we were able to move into a home as soon as we arrived in the area.

Thanks for the kind review Ralph! And thanks for trusting us from so far away!
Holly was a pleasure to work with. We bought a home from out of state, and Holly went above and beyond to answer our questions and share her knowledge about the area, making us feel well-informed and comfortable with our purchase.
Working with Holly and her team made our Home purchase extremely smooth and stress-free. We felt supported at every step, and couldn't be happier with the results.
If you need a realtor in the Rapid City area, I highly recommend Holly Glatt to help you!
