After pitching me on their incredible return policy and rewards program, I attempted to return a dog bed, only to find out they wouldn't take it back, exchange it or anything. I understand if this is their policy, but they were very misleading.

Great place to take your pup on a “sniff trip”. Gets them out of the house, socialized, and exercises the mind. Also, they have good deals there so it’s nice to browse.

I have shopped at many other pets stores! But I believe I have found my new home! The staff here were so friendly and knowledgeable and just so nice! It’s very hard to find amazing customer service but this here was outstanding! The store was clean and neat and felt valued to be there shopping for pets items! I will be back. Keep shining team!

The worker was so helpful in getting the food for my new puppy ordered. They didn’t have it in stock at this location but she looked up who had it in stock nearby and educated me on the same day shipping policy. I went home, ordered the feed from a separate location, and had it at my apartment by 8pm that night. Definitely will be back!
