Staff is always friendly & helpful & give our dog attention which she loves. I have been washing our dogs there for years. This one time the washing area was not its cleanest. Alot of dog fur on the blow dryer & some still in the sink. The ramp was broken so there were 2 steps. It took awhile to coax her to walk up the 2 steps & into the tub.
