I love this store!! Everyone here truly cares about animals and they are the sweetest staff!! Super helpful and knowledgeable about the products as well. I’ve been shopping here for years!! :). Also, please give the employees their counters back; it’s super awkward having the space all open. Plus, I miss seeing their pets and potential rescues have a better chance of being adopted if they they get to be socialized in an environment like this. I think most people do not like self check out, it does give Walmart vibes. Ick. You guys are way better than that!! ❤️

Our youngest rescue dog has special dietary needs and it has been challenging to find just the right combination of food and treats. The Nichols Hills location is my favorite and they are always willing to help me compare items to find the best solution for all of our dogs. This is where I shop for goodies and chews for my pups. Rachel and David won me over the first time I interacted with them, and continue their top-notch service every time I stop in. I've also interacted with other employees (whose names I've not managed to remember yet!) and everyone has been super nice and helpful. From food to treats to items designed for allergies or stomach issues, these folks really know their stuff. Random questions about items I've seen before in the store as well as newly available products, they've got the answers for me and I appreciate that. Keep up the good work!!
