My technician Michael, arrived promptly and was extremely polite and professional. While I didn’t get the message that he was on his way (it went to my spam messages), he adjusted without issue, spraying outside before moving inside. I’m a Midwest Pest “alumni” but my overall experience with him/Holper’s is off to a great start.
