Tyler was friendly and answered all my questions. Very satisfied with the service.
Cat inspected the downstairs basement and removed 1 rodent. She inspected the outside and we applied some copper mesh to another opening that might be contributing to the infection. Cat sprayed, and replaced rodent boxes. Hopefully this will take care of the rodents entering.
Did a great job, extremely respectful and helpful. Shout-out to Kyle for the informative inspection and kind demeanor. Helped with figuring out what was nesting in my chimney.
Drew is very knowledgeable and courteous. He explains the movements of the critters and summarizes his visit promptly. He represents Holper's very well.
Landon was professional and nice; listened to what I thought I needed and why and where. Provided traps and guidance in how to monitor and what to do.
Kyle did a great job of setting up our animal trap. He clearly understood what we are trying to accomplish and why, and he is equally clearly knowledgeable about the habits of the creature we are trying to get rid of. He was on time, polite and personable.
