I did a lot of research before hiring a home inspector, comparing many companies and individual inspectors, and I am so glad I chose Rod Beich. From the very beginning, he stood out as thorough, fair, and trustworthy.
He arrived on time, came fully prepared, and conducted himself with the utmost professionalism throughout the entire process. During the inspection, he took his time, explained everything in detail so I could fully understand, and made sure nothing was overlooked. His findings were clear, complete, and incredibly helpful; the report itself was exceptionally detailed yet easy to understand, with clear explanations and helpful photos. This ultimately helped me make the right decision about the home.
Rod Beich's patience, dedication, and knowledge gave me complete confidence in his work. After this experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I’ll definitely be using him again as I continue my home search.
Thank you, Home Check Inspections, for setting the standard for what a great home inspector should be.
