Home Detective Property Inspections

Sarika was thorough and a delight to work with! She explained discovered issues clearly with useful notes.

Sarika with Home Detective Property Inspections was a pleasure to work with. She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable throughout the entire inspection. When she was done, she took the time to sit down with me and walk through everything she found in her report. I truly felt like I was in good hands and trusted her completely. As a single woman who owns a home, it’s not uncommon to feel like you’re getting taken advantage of at times but Sarika made me feel comfortable and at ease. I trusted her implicitly and I know I got the best home inspection money can buy, which is ultimately peace of mind! Thank you, Sarika!

Sarika is absolutely one of a kind! She is so pleasant and walks people through her findings. I am a realtor and I use Home Detective for each of my transactions due to their knowledge, response team, and after the inspection they sit down and go over everything. Would recommend every time!

We could not be more pleased with our inspection and the professional team that assisted us. I found this company with a Google search and I couldn't be more happy with my choice. Sarika was excellent, super knowledgeable, super nice, professional and patient. The inspection was great very detailed and what I love the most is their detailed easy to follow and very visual report. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a full house inspection. I got the sewer scope, radom and termine inspection as well and it was also the best price out there. Super happy customer here. Thanks Sarika !!

I definitely reccomend this company for inspections. I was pleasantly surprised to get a female inspector. Sarika was kind, patient, and helpful. I learned a lot! And the best part is, they were the least expensive of everyone else. This is not one of those times you get what you pay for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was easy to schedule my appointment online and the price ended up being exactly what was quoted. I will be using them for all of our rentals.
