I had a simple move but staff came in on time and were careful with the furniture to move.
Last month, I was one of four stops of an estate sale move for our family spread across a very long distance (from Massachusetts to Arkansas and in between) . Every step of the process from the initial review to the packing, storing, and delivery was handled professionally. The movers, John and Angel, were punctual, experienced, hard working, and personable. My aunt's treasures were treated with the respect and care that is not typical in the moving industry. Very grateful for this extraordinary experience.

From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. Ben and his team arrived right on time, were extremely careful with all of my furniture, and treated my belongings with so much respect. They were clean, efficient, professional, and incredibly organized. They completed my entire apartment move in under three hours without compromising on quality.
It’s rare to find movers who are both efficient and genuinely careful, but Ben and his team were exactly that. They made what could have been a stressful moving day feel easy and completely manageable. I used Home Team moving when I had to move out while my place was being renovated. Since my place is small Ben did the initial estimate over Zoom, which was pretty accurate. Brian, Rich, and Shaq carefully packed my things and were very nice and patient. At the last minute I had to postpone the move back date because the contractor had left the place a mess. Ben was very understanding and didn't even make me lose my deposit. Shaq was there again to finally move me back in and putting up with the contractor still working. My kitchen trash and rug were misplaced but Matt eventually found them and was very apologetic. He even came back to pick up some padding that had been used to pad some lamps in a box. Amazing people!

They had good systems in place for reminders and updates. Every single mover we interacted felt like good people. Shaq, Mick, James and the rest of the crew. Seriously is night and day compared to my many previous moves where I'm pretty much uncomfortable the whole time. 10 out of 10 experience all around.
Pro tip: We had a couple movers come the day prior to "move day" to help us pack and if your budget or circumstances allow just go for it. On one hand it helped us procrastinate leading up to the move but we felt really really good about doing so. The least stressful move week I've ever had.

We did an out of state move end of April from our Lexington house of 48 yrs to a condo in Kittery, ME. Move out was 2 days before move in. Everyone involved from Home Team was fantastic, from Matt who put together the estimate & coordinated things to the 4 movers who couldn't have been friendlier or more efficient. Everything arrived at final destination in perfect condition. We couldn't have been more pleased with all involved. Would certainly recommend Home Team to anyone hiring a mover.
