I just moved into my house in anderson , was a recommendation and he came out gave me a free quote ans installed gutters and filters the next day .

Justin was amazing. I bought all of the items needed for my gutters and he installed 100 feet of gutters in 1 1/2. He did the whole job himself. Great work and a year warranty. Thank you so much for doing my gutters so fast.

Hello, Please be very careful before giving Justin Saetern any money upfront. Based on my personal experience, I gave him a substantial amount of money upfront because I trusted him. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake, and I am now dealing with the consequences. I hired him in the middle of July, and the work at my home was never completed. I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card companies because the contracted work was not completed. Thankfully, I have recovered approximately $7,000 through those disputes. There was also no written contract, which I now realize was a major mistake on my part. I have repeatedly contacted Justin—sometimes as many as 10 times a day—asking him to return my money through Venmo. So far, I have received approximately $4,000 back. I have also requested an itemized statement three separate times showing exactly what work was completed and what my payments were used for. To date, I have not received an itemized invoice or statement. At this point, I am preparing to take the matter to Civil Court this month to seek the remaining money I believe I am owed. I am sharing my experience so others can be cautious. Do not give a contractor a large amount of money upfront without a detailed written contract, payment schedule, and itemized documentation of the work being performed. Justin will steal your money and not return your calls. Don't hire him if you need any work done. He did our gutters and put furniture together. Then we asked him to replace our car port supports. He stole our $530 dollars and will not return our calls or text. We are seniors. It's been since April. He has had plenty of time to communicate.

Justin arrived on time and got a job done that I had been needing to have done for quite some time. He was very professional and an all around great person to work with. Would highly recommend.
