Inspector was fine, management are incompetent. Inspector was unable to complete sewer scope and the company has failed to return my money, even after contacting them several times. Take your business elsewhere.
Update 9/24: This review got their attention but they are still unable to manage a simple refund. Do not trust these people with the most important purchase of your life. If this is the quality of their business, any inspection by them is not worth the paper it's printed on. They will happily sell your info to security companies as well, so be prepared to be harassed by aggressive salesmen.

We previously worked with ADT as an optional third-party offer, but we discontinued our partnership with them due to aggressive sales tactics. They were on time and thorough. They did great explaining everything and following up to make sure we had everything we needed. I would use them again.

Our inspector showed up early to het started on the outside. He was very thorough and reviewed everything with me on site as well as with the official report. The report was available in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend HomeRun Certified Inspections.

I had this company do my inspection. not only did they miss that the kitchen stove and the vent below it we're not grounded so I was being electrocuted. also didn't mention the three jack stands in the basement. definitely didn't mention that you couldn't get the air filter in or out of the brand new HVAC system, or that the shower didn't work. I could go on but my point is, it takes no time to become a home inspector. I should have done more research to make sure who is coming to my home was qualified and would do a thorough inspection and I guess that was my bad I went by the reviews and the Stars. so if you use this company ask who's going to be coming to your home, how long have they been doing inspections, be there during the inspection!
