By far the best customer service I've encountered. From the initial consult, to status updates, to the day of installation, they were friendly and informative. The installer was extremely thorough and detailed oriented. The end product was awesome. Thank you so much!
Thanks for sharing Sarah, and thanks for trusting HomeSealed with your project!
Using HomeSealed was a great experience - our consultation with Adam was super straightforward and he gave us all of the information for what to expect, etc all while not feeling like a salesperson pressuring us, which we have experienced with other companies. The install itself went great and the team did a nice job, will definitely use HomeSealed for future window replacements as we only needed one window replaced for this project.
Thanks so much for sharing Becky, and thanks for trusting us with you window project!
We had 8 53 yr. Old windows. Replaced with Okna 800 windows. I feel they're the best window. You get what you pay for. The installers were the best they wouldn't leave until I tried all the windows and said they worked good. Would I hire them again. YES
Thanks for trusting us with your project Bill, glad to hear that you love your new windows!
From our meeting with Adam our sales rep to the project manager our experience with Home Sealed Exteriors has been wonderful. It just got better from there. The team of installers Wayne, Vince and Dante went above and beyond our expectations. Courteous, professional and the workmanship was top notch.Very respectful of our home.We are very pleased with our new windows and the updates to the front of our house. Looks beautiful! Thanks guys.
Thanks for trusting us with your window project Nancy, and thanks for the great feedback on our team as well!
The sales rep was knowledgeable and not overly pushy, which was a plus. Windows are good quality and look so much better than my old wooden ones that stuck when you tried to open and close them. Installers were very professional, detail-oriented and friendly. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing new windows!
Thanks for the kind words Karen! We appreciate your trust in us and we're so happy to hear that you are enjoying your new windows!
Dylan Neumann/production manager/HomeSealed was phenomenal! Last Fall, I could not get the screens out for repair that had been installed by HomeSealed in 2019. Dylan directed me in the removal, but they would not budge. I did not want to damage the frames. So he tried to set up a tech to come out back then. This did not work for me last Fall, so I told him we would push it off until spring and he agreed. Last month in March, I once again reached out to HomeSealed and Dylan graciously opened up the old ticket, a date worked out for this month and sent Matt/tech. Matt was able to get the screens out, repaired and back to perfect condition installed. Needless to say, I was extremely happy! Matt was professional, prompt and did a wonderful job! As for a Dylan and being the project manager, I can’t say enough about his prompt communication each time I reached out, his professionalism and excellent customer service! This is what makes a company flourish! Having exceptional staff that stand behind their company and products is phenomenal!! You don’t hear about that normally in today’s world. Thank you Dylan and Matt for a job well done!!
Thanks for the feedback! Thanks for the shout out to Dylan and Matt as well, they are awesome members of our team!
I had a great experience throughout our patio door project. Communication was frequent and clear, team was kind and professional, the final product looks and works great! Highly recommended!
Thanks for working with us Melissa!
My new windows are beautiful! Process was super easy from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, staff were all extremely polite and professional. This is the second time I have used HomeSealed exteriors and am sure I will use HomeSealed for future projects. Good communication, they work to make installation convenient for you.
Thanks for working with us again and thanks for your awesome feedback!
Great experience with HomeSealed Exteriors. From our visit to their showroom followed up by Brett coming to our home to installation this was a 5 star experience. The 9 windows have performed phenomenally. Very pleased with our experience. New as of March 19, 2026 We just finished up with our second project with HomeSealed Exteriors. This project replaced three exterior doors. Like our first project (above) everything was great from start to finish. Once again Brett did a great job explaining the various door qualities. He is great to work with. The communication throughout was first class. The installation by Kevin was also a great experience. Professional quality, great personality and thoroughly cleaned up all of the construction “mess.” The new doors look fantastic and are very energy efficient. We are once again very pleased with the job performed from start to finish by HomeSealed Exteriors. We highly recommend Home Sealed Exteriors.
Great to hear Kim, thanks so much!
I am so grateful I found Homesealed Exteriors. I had a more complex patio door installation and they executed beautifully! Every team member was professional, and when complications arose, their team expertly came up with solutions. This is a business that values their craft, you can tell. They love what they do and stand by their word. Even ahead of schedule. That is rare these days. I will trust Homesealed with my exterior work going forward. Special shoutout to Brandon, Dylan, Kristina, and Kevin our technician. I’ve attached pics of the incredible transformation! Can’t wait until my basement is fully redone, but I know, this patio door will be my favorite!
Thanks Jennifer! We are happy that we were able to able to work through the complexity of this project with you and deliver the finished product that you envisioned!
