Customers frequently cite punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication as key aspects of the service, noting that technicians often explain processes and address specific concerns regarding pets and children. Recurring themes include efficient handling of ants, spiders, and cobwebs, with some reviewers appreciating the company's responsiveness to missed spots or urgent scheduling needs. However, lower-rated feedback indicates dissatisfaction with the long-term effectiveness of treatments for recurring ant issues and the inability to meet tight deadlines for termite work.

I can’t remember the names of the two gentlemen who worked on the exterior of our home yesterday, but they were excellent craftsmen. The work they did is better than what the original builder did. All joints meet up perfectly, and all paint was applied perfectly. I don’t think a better job could have been done!✅ Chuck & Peggy. Farina
Andrew did a generally good job spraying and clearing out cobwebs. However, Andrew did miss a few spots, the most important of which was the front entryway and front door. The entry is still filled with cobwebs. HomeShield was very responsive and followed up with a second visit where they treated all the spots that were missed the first time.
Thank you for sharing both your positive remarks and your concern, Roberto. We are glad our team was responsive in addressing the missed entryway spots.

Mitchell was so helpful! He called me to tell me when he would be arriving. When he got to my house he was so respectful, listened to my concerns and got to work! We were having major spider issues and I’m so thankful he took care of them. He also didn’t spray chemicals on my kids equipment but cleared the webs to ensure the spiders were gone. I recommend this company and try to get Mitchell if you can!
We appreciate your acknowledgment of our thorough approach and attention to safety. Your recommendation means a great deal to the HomeShield Pest Control team.
