Worst law firm in Central Texas! Took forever to get any response, no dedicated attorney or paralegal to speak to that knew my case, and no physical office to meet at. I fired them quickly.

Staff very knowledge. Answered my questions of concerns. Unfortunately i did not get to hire here due to funds on my assets were all stolen before i got thru probate, It takes money to get what is rightfully mine and those who broke the law won't have to pay a thing back unless i have pocket full of money to pay council..but if and when I'm able I would choose homestead..

Ms Henry law firm was chosen because the name recognition in our probate my brothers name was Henry.
Coincidence it might was but the results were so far beyond my expectations of just a name in our case .
We met Ms Henry she went over everything with us the good and the bad going forward she was very knowledgeable and within 10 minutes I knew I had made the right choice .
I've never been involved in probate at anytime we were out of town in a different county as well Ms Henry was a Young Lady but her expertise was well beyond her appearance.
I would very highly recommend her to anyone that unfortunately has to go through this process she is very personable and she listens to you .
Her advice is on point and to the fact she will guide in the right direction and in a courtroom I got a glimpse of her passion for her clients .
I will also say this many a times I'd check my emails and it was sent around midnight so she is constantly working for her clients
