The service was great, and the price was even better\! However, communication could definitely use some improvement, lol\. Dwayne, the salesperson, was awesome, but the scheduling department dropped the ball\. They never reached out to confirm anything, so I was the one constantly following up with them\. Great service and pricing, but communication needs work\!

I have had Home Team Pest Defense for over 3 years! Their service has been exceptional! My Home Team guy is Freddy. Freddy represents his company very good. He does a good service inside my home and outside my home and in my yard! I love Home Team because of Freddy's work ethic. The office personnel that answers the phone and helps to assist clients are exceptionally helpful. They explain things to you without making you feel that you should hurry off the phone and they do not make you feel dumb if you don't know or understand something. Great customer service all around both in the office and in the field. Thank you Home Team! Great Job!!!

Multiple times we needed to be home so we adjusted our work schedule to be home, only for the appointment to be re-scheduled. The straw that broke the camels back was when our puppy came in from outside with a huge spider on his back that was full of baby spiders that were all over our puppies back. I still don't understand what we were paying for....
