I left the garage door open when I was at home and I do not think they spray in the garage like they usually do and leave bug traps .. none was in there …

I used HomeTeam Pest Defense a few years ago on another property, so I decided to give them another try when I bought my new home. Unfortunately, it didn't work out this time. The quality of the service wasn't great. There are still quite a few bugs, and although they marked the work as complete, it wasn't. They missed several nests in plain sight, including right by the front door. The service notes also didn't make sense. For example, they noted the grass was too long, even though the lawn had just been freshly cut. I've asked to cancel four times, and they have yet to acknowledge any of my requests. If you do cancel, be aware that they may continue trying to bill you, so call them directly and ask exactly what any fees are for. I'm sharing this in hopes it helps someone else. Just be cautious.

Carlos, home technician, clearly communicated before coming onsite. Once at the home, he walked me around the house and stated problems to solve, where he was going to attack and the expected results. He gave me an opportunity to show areas I wanted addressed. He even educated me on the different bugs, how they attack and which ones were not a real threat (honey bees)! Thanks for your attention and ensuring before you left that I was pleased and happy with the visit. Please send him again and everytime. 💯
