Maria was absolutely amazing! Everything was spotless, communication was excellent, and she worked quickly and efficiently. I’m genuinely so impressed with the results. Coming home to such a beautifully cleaned apartment was the nicest surprise! I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend!
Very professional and quick. Was hoping for additional dusting but overall the service was acceptable for the price
Horrible experience and a complete waste of time. Their platform is useless. They ask you a ton of questions on their website, and after the appointment is supposedly scheduled, including entering your credit card information, they contact you to speak over the phone, supposedly to “review some details.”

After a lengthy, redundant call in which they ask you exactly the same questions you already answered on the website, their actual purpose starts to become clear. They make a strong effort to charge more than the agreed-upon price for a variety of reasons, including claiming that you made a “mistake” when providing the information and insisting you should pay more because they checked Zillow and your information is wrong. They also apologized for supposedly not knowing the exact numbers the website reflects in terms of pricing compared to sq ft (after asking you to agree to pay $50 more from the credit card they already have).

They also push for more flexibility regarding their arrival time and repeatedly try to find out whether you will be home to inspect the results. The impression is that they want to know whether they can get away with doing as little cleaning as possible while charging as much as they can. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
My cleaner was very professional and thorough with the deep clean. She was able to clean two rooms, two bathrooms, living and kitchen in under 2 hours. I would want her to come clearn again.
They accommodated our last minute booking and did a great job! We appreciated their professional and clear communication. Our house looked great and they did a wonderful job working around our pets (and all their hair). We would definitely use them again.
They did a very good job ! Definitely will be using them again
Had a great experience! Thank you
Very professional and detailed.
The cleaning was good but not as thorough as I expected. Although all the items on the standard checklist were completed, I felt the job was rushed and the cleaners did not properly mop or vacuum my floors. My apartment is very small (375 sqft) and I specified when I booked the cleaning appointment that I wanted the cleaners to focus on mopping.
Communicative and a good clean
