We recently completed a major renovation project on our 1920s bungalow that included a complete gut of the kitchen and dining room, a refurbishment of garage exterior, and several additional projects ranging from plumbing lines to fireplace refacing and exterior painting. The project required coordination of every major trade and sub-contractor, all of whom were seamlessly managed by our on-site project manager. We were kept informed of timelines and status at all times and, whenever possible, our project managers took on problems and repairs themselves. We felt very fortunate to have such a talented and conscientious team -- especially since we remained in the house throughout the 6-month project.
A project can only be as good as the design itself; working with Sheila was an absolute pleasure. She is a gifted designer who puts tremendous thought and care into her recommendations. Her expertise ensured we made solid decisions that we will be happy with for years to come.
This is our second major project with Homework Remodels. We have one more left and look forward to getting started soon.

Thank you for your glowing review Suzanne. It was a pleasure working with you and Clay. We love the creative aspect of remodeling historic homes like yours. We've remodeled homes in the Willo neighborhood for almost twenty years now. We are blessed that we continue to be invited to remodel homes in all of the major historic neighborhoods.
We look forward to working with you on your next home transformation.

After many years of consideration we finally decided to remodel our home—kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and new flooring throughout. We are so thankful we found Homework Remodels to complete our project! Not only did they do an amazing job, they were a delight to work with. Sheila came up with some creative design ideas for making the most of our kitchen space as well as other areas. Her help was invaluable in selecting paint colors, tile, flooring, etc. Sheila and her team kept us informed throughout the process and worked with us all along the way. We are happy to recommend Homework Remodel.

Called into get some information, that was a mistake spoke with steve must just woke up.
I let him know that I found this company on the web and seemed a bit lost. I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . Okay I will call a company that is interested in business . Great job steve

I would like to apologize if anything I said offended you when you called this morning.
Many remodeling companies are not taking on additional projects at this time. Both labor and materials are in short supply. Appliances and cabinetry are taking much longer to be delivered once they are ordered.
We have numerous projects in design and under construction. We have noticed that our supplier's pricing are rising. We are currently researching options to give our clients top service at reasonable pricing.
Our temporary pause in taking on new projects is due to our desire to please our clients. If we take on too much work we run the risk of spreading ourselves out too thin, resulting in client disappointment.
Please accept my apology for disappointing you when you called to inquire about remodeling your garage into a casita. It was not my intention to offend you.

We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to review us this evening. I apologize that you felt your time was not well-spent.
I understand that you requested a home visit for a bathroom remodel estimate, including adjacent rooms. My goal was never to pressure you into spending more than you're comfortable with.
I sincerely hope that you'll be satisfied with the results of a complete bathroom remodel, including work in both bedrooms, for under $10,000.
