We had some communication issues at first. I was contacted by the owner and he promised to rectify the situation. Chris and Briar showed up on time to repair my dryer. I appreciate their professionalism and knowledge!
We called Honest and Fair when our refrigerator ice maker totally froze shut..
Ken was sent to figure out what was going on. He was both friendly, and professional. Ken talked us through and showed us what was going on.
He ordered the part and then came back to replace the broken valve. He waited to be sure the ice maker was cycling without a leak (which was why it had frozen)
We would highly recommend this appliance repair company. The cost was very fair too.
