I wanted to fix my kitchen cabinet drawer and paint my garage. Victor quoted me a very reasonable price and that’s why I went with him. Victor and his team was very professional. Everything was done beautifully, on time, and they cleaned up my garage before they left. I would definitely hire them again.
Extremely rude in the quote discussion process itself
Im sorry you felt that I was rude during our discussion. That was not my intention. However, during the quoting process, I felt that I was repeatedly being told how I should perform the work. I’m always happy to listen to a customer’s concerns and preferences, but as a contractor, I also need to rely on my professional experience when recommending how a job should be completed. Sometimes a contractor and a customer may simply not be the right fit, and in those situations, I believe it is better to respectfully decline the project rather than move forward and have disagreements later.

I have relied on Victor many times for jobs around the house. He and his crew have been very professional and always delivered surpassing expectations. He has always been my go to person for any project around the house.
Had the unfortunate experience of hiring Victor for a relatively simple job but unfortunately it proved to be a massive headache and waste of time. He will boast, "I'm a general contractor" and that he "builds houses" when inquiring. I should of listened to my gut when getting the quote as that feels odd, but wanted to get it done quickly and went with who was available. Quote: Don't expect a formal quote for your project. You'll get a quote by text. This is so he can backtrack on the outline you give him if/when he fails to meet expectation or installs it in a way that won't pass inspection. "You told me I can't..." will be a common phrase even though that's never in the guideline. Promptness: Don't expect to be informed if he's going to not arrive within the window set. He missed the first install day entirely with no call, I call an hour after the window to find he wasn't showing and would set a time later. He calls unprompted the next day dictating I need to leave work and get home in 30 minutes so he can start - none of this scheduled. Needless to say it was scheduled for another time. Work: Once a time was arranged the work they did wouldn't pass inspection. Went ahead and received 2nd - 4th opinions, all of which confirmed it doesn't pass, but he tried to insist that even though all 3rd parties were in agreement he insisted everyone doesn't know what they're talking about - thinking gaslighting makes any difference to passing. Also, at least in my case, he didn't do the work but had people working under him. Final: Ended up being forced to pay for work that was torn out immediately after they left after being harassed by him. Never took accountability or offered make changes to pass inspection. Would end up cautioning anyone contracting him if the work needs to pass outside inspection. As he has one way and isn't accountable if his way isn't the right way. Final Note: This was intentionally left vague to the project, as he will blindly try to attack and harass the customer rather than correct or try to resolve the issue. Let that speak to the type of individual you want to hire.

I had the pleasure of working with Victor and his team. The attention to detail is amazing. The team is very professional. They take care of things like putting rest of screws in ziplocks and explaining things to me.
Victor was excellent! I called him Thursday evening needing a shower repaired asap and he was able to come out the next morning and quickly replace and repair. I will definitely be reaching out again for my next handyman service.
