We hired Honey Go Fix It to replace our Water Heater from a tanked to a tankless and it was smooth and easy process. It took the plumber a full day to complete, and they left the space clean when they were done. We even got a new softener included to help protect against hard water according to our plumber. We have been enjoying our endless hot water and will be using them again in the future.

Jamie was very respectful and true professional. He quickly inspected what needed to be done and provided a cost value that I thought was reasonable. While working he mentored a trade school student (Madison) in how to replace our garbage disposal unit. I would use this company again.

Good aspects: prompt phone response and same day availability. Not good aspects: PRICE. I had new countertops installed and needed my faucet, R/O and drain hooked up. They wanted almost $2100.00. Absolutely crazy for a job that will take 15-30 minutes.
UPDATE: I was able to secure services from Mr. Rooter for 1/4 of the price. They were there the same day and completed the job in less than an hour.

Great experience from start to finish!
I had a leaking pipe from my installed water filtration machine.
1. A real human answered the phone, not AI. She was funny, pleasant and efficient in assessing the issue and scheduling.
2. Same day service!
3. Jamie and Justin showed up and were friendly and also efficient. Quickly identified the cause of the plumbing issue and immediately fixed it.

Cody did a great job explaining what needed to be done when replacing my front spigot, valve and hose bib. He showed me in detail what he would have to do and showed me all that had been done afterwards .He also had me try the spigot and the shut off valve before signing any. Lastly Cody went over and beyond to clean up the brick under a plate on the spigot which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Cody for being kind, professional and very thorough in this job. This was my first experience with this plumbing company and I highly recommend them for any plumbing jobs. They are also very reasonable in pricing.
