Just simply amazing. So glad i chose to go with this company. Great work and even greater service. I had the opportunity to meet the founder and owner Ray and he was available for same day service to work on our refrigerator. The repair required a bit of investigation and a bit of time but he was able to identify the problem and fix it that same day. I think the issue was obscure but Ray worked on it until he was able to identify and repair it. He also worked to describe the problem with the warranty in mind. Ray responded immediately and was courteous and professional in every way. I had the opportunity to call him for help the following week and I had the same great experience. I recommend Ray and Honolulu Appliance Repair without reservation for all appliances.

I hope Honolulu Appliance Repair Company stays in business for a VERY long time because I plan to call them whenever I’m having appliance issues! Ray came out and fixed my fridge, he knew exactly what was wrong just from my description over the phone. He came over with the part and now my fridge is running cold again.
