Would not recommend. Worker came out to our house, did not power wash or wash all our windows but charged us for the whole job. Terrible communication. Will not use again!

Demetrius, our service tech, covered all the details of our expectations. He did a soft wash, cleaned exterior windows and also cleaned out a window well. Incomplete job due to thunder on the day of service so stated they could not get on the roof to do the upper level and did not do the barn doors as agreed but ran my card for the full amount and tech said he would return but never did. Said they would reschedule to finish multiple times then ghosted and would not return calls or texts. They did reimburse half of the cost to replace an external security camera that was destroyed by the power washer but would have appreciated better communication and completion of the job that was agreed on and not punishing the customer because of the weather.

Demetri and Lauren? we’re very thorough. The windows, and screens look great. The sills are cleaner but a still a little dirty on the inside. These two were very friendly and polite.
I would highly recommend H & L.

Nolan and Demitre did a fine job.
Considering the bad weather, they stayed in touch and worked with our schedule. So glad we had them do our home! It looks clean again!
