Hopewell has an incredible framework! Their instructors explain and give examples very thoroughly in an easy to understand way. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking to obtain their CPR certification.
The instructor was nice. However, there wasn’t good signs to where the class was. I didn’t know if I needed to bring a lunch and didn’t know that we were going to have a lunch break until two hours after class started. Also, it was a pain to get my certificate. They never sent it to me so I called and then they sent me the wrong one. Not very friendly customer service on the phone, just hung up on me.
