Darren and his partner had to be a magician to replace our hot water heater considering it's location.But they where successful. Very dedicated people. They are specialists when it comes to your hot water system.Not every plumbing company are heater specialists.

These guys are great folks and honest as well. They came in almost at half what the big boys wanted to charge for a warranty replacement on a water heater. Add into that same day service and you can't beat it!

We’ve now used Hot Water Solutions twice for water heater replacements, and both experiences have been outstanding.
The first time was an emergency when our water heater started heavily leaking from the bottom of the unit. Darrin was incredibly helpful. He walked me through how to shut the water off, answered all my questions, gave me a price over the phone, and had someone out within a few hours. The installation went smoothly, there was no mess left behind, and there were no surprise fees.
This time, we were able to plan ahead at our new home and upgrade to a tankless water heater. They replaced our 12+ year old 40-gallon electric water heater with a Navien NPE-240A2, and handled everything from running the gas line and shutoff valve to coordinating timing with the propane tank install. The entire process was smooth and very well thought out.
Both times, their work was clean, professional, and done right. It’s clear they really specialize in water heater installation, and that experience shows. I highly recommend Hot Water Solutions if you need help with a water heater or are dealing with no hot water.

We had a plumbing emergency Monday night at our Marietta home, precluding the use of toilets and showers. I sent a text at 11:15 PM. A few hours later, the owner texted me, saying he would try to move another service commitment. He did so and was at our home by 8:30 AM. We were back in service that morning.
