At 69 years old I've been exercising for most of my life-from Jane Fonda workouts to boot camps so fitness has always been an important part of my life. At 69 years old I've been exercising for most of my life-from Jane Fonda workouts to boot camps so fitness has always been an important part of my life. During COVID, I stopped working out and, of course, started to gain weight. Then a co-worker introduced me to HOTWORX. I joined in 2024, and haven't looked back! Whether I'm doing Hot Thunder or Hot Yoga, I leave every workout feeling like I've just completed a boot camp-only it's less strenuous and takes much less time. It has been the perfect fit for me and has helped me get back into a consistent fitness routine. At a time when customer service seems to be at an all- time low, it's refreshing to experience such a genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone is always eager to help whenever I need assistance, and that makes the entire experience even better. I'm glad I discovered HOTWORX and truly look forward to every workout.

The staff is always on top of cleaning every inch of the place. I have never seen anything be out of order in the 2 years I’ve been coming here. I really love it!
This location is big enough that you can almost always have the sauna to yourself if that’s what you want. You can be more of a solo traveler if that’s your style. But one highlight of this location is that they are very community oriented and host a lot of great group events. I can’t emphasize enough how kind everyone is!
