Beware before signing up, it is easier to cancel a home warranty or switch your homeowners insurance then it is to cancel your membership at HOTWORX. Long story short, my daughter got a membership was no longer utilizing the gym. She tried to cancel the membership twice in person only to be told an only the manager can cancel the membership. Since the membership was under my credit card. I called to cancel it and was told the same thing on four separate occasions that only the manager can cancel the membership. However, the manager is never there. I then went in person and was told the same thing. After a short conversation with the clerk she conceited that you are able to cancel your membership online however they are not allowed to tell you this according to Corporate policy. She then walked me through canceling the membership online while I was at the front desk. It’s not easy to cancel online either. As luck would have it guess who walked in….the manager who ignored me until I asked her if she was the manager. then gave her an earful about how unprofessional her business is and how difficult it is to cancel membership. She was unsympathetic, simply telling me it is Corporate policy that a membership must be canceled in person with the manager. I then asked why her employees did not tell my daughter or myself that a membership could be canceled online. Once again she stated it’s Corporate policy. So buyer beware before getting a membership at this gym…they are in it for the money and the money only.

Had a great first experience! Devyn was really helpful and enjoyed the work out. Free first workout was great to try it out.

I have the sweat elite pass so I travel to many hotworx all over. This one is one of my least favorites just because it seems all over the place.. and by that I mean every single class that I’ve booked here I make sure I’m alone, but there’s always someone in the sauna. I wish they’d enforce that you must book like Odessa’s location does nearby & many others I’ve been.

I opened my membership at this location! Sadly I had to move to another location, but Midland location is like no other! Staff was just so helpful, positive energy and very welcoming.

We pay $160 a month to work out in what now feels like a dirty, neglected gym. I’ve been coming here for years, and this place used to be spotless. Now it is honestly disgusting. The sauna rooms are clearly not being cleaned at all. I work out late at night and still see the exact same sweat stains that were there days before — not hours, days. That’s how I know no one is cleaning between sessions or even at the end of the day. The floors are filthy, dust is building up in other workout rooms, and nothing feels sanitized. The only mopping I ever see is in the main common areas, which does absolutely nothing for the actual workout rooms where people are sweating in enclosed spaces. For a gym built around small, shared, sweaty saunas, this is completely unacceptable and borderline unsafe. The staff are kind, but whoever is responsible for cleaning and management is failing. This studio has gone downhill fast, and for this price there is absolutely no excuse. Do better.

Hotworx has been such a great experience. I needed something with less people and that offered mindfulness. I get it all at Hotworx. They keep it so clean. The staff are all top notch. I have never had a rude or unpleasant experience with staff. 5 Star ⭐️

Whether it's working out with the girls or getting fit together as a couple, this gym is the perfect place for it. Plus, the staff is super friendly and the gym is always clean. Highly recommend
