I’ve been going to HOTWORX for a few months now and absolutely love it! The workouts have been amazing for reducing inflammation, and I really appreciate the privacy of the sessions, which allow me to stay focused and work out at my own pace. I always leave feeling refreshed, energized, and accomplished. Since I started, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and can truly see and feel the difference. The atmosphere, experience, cleanliness, results, and amazing staff have been incredible!

Hotworx is one of a kind! What I love about this location is how clean the space always is and the staff is welcoming whenever I see them. The owner Katrina is also there often and she is so kind and welcoming. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants a unique and effective way to destress and burn calories on their own schedule.

I used to workout at a Tampa location but moving up to Orlando has been great and feeling right at home while still enjoying the infrared saunas!

Melanie, thank you so much for your kind review of our HOTWORX Winter Garden (West Colonial) studio. We love to hear that you are enjoying our infrared saunas.
The owner here is so uplifting and educated! A 24/7 fitness studio where people don’t stare at me? Sign me up! You get your own passcode to enter anytime! The merch is fantastic and it’s easily the most affordable program out there. The infrared light just makes me feel amazing and did you know it’s good for skin and hair growth too! This place is a win, win, win for me! Spun class, yoga, pilates mat, resistance, dumbbells, kettle<br>Bells, rowing, and they rotate the video classes in each sauna every 3 months! :) The app is amazing and easy to use and you can book all your classes easily. There’s also no cancellation fee fees if you had to miss a class! Their cute logo means a class is booked. Check it out, sweat it out! Adjustable temps!
