Google reviewers rate the facility 4.8 out of 5 based on 529 reviews, frequently praising its cleanliness, friendly staff, and the dogs' enjoyment of socialization, grooming, and boarding services. Customers appreciate the regular photo updates and the location's willingness to accept unneutered pets after assessment. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews involves a lack of communication and transparency regarding dogs' behavior, vaccination discrepancies, or sudden changes in group play status.

Just the best place in town for my 2 boys. Max and Elvis. They love it and I dont worry about them there. When we turn the corner onto the street they start crying going crazy cause they know where they are headed. The workers give all and God bless Syvia the owner for all her good work for parties and all.
