In the future this is my go to place and definitely not Goodwill anymore. Amazing staff, clean, organized, etc. Must not be easy to run a business which involves at least 80 houses/families, keep them happy as well as the donors. Donors please have grace if there's a short coming in your eyes, as we are doing this with loving, caring hearts for the needy but that doesn't make us the cat's whiskers. Let's rather see how we can also assist the workers/volunteers and make things easier for them. We are in such a blessed and privileged position to be able to give and giving abundantly!!

Super disappointed. Trying to avoid goodwill. They only accept new clothing with tags. I have 2 bags of women's business cassual, athleisure and dress clothes in sizes petite and regular small and medium in pristine condition. Im guessing having tags might allow for returns to retailers for store credit? Maybe giftcard donations would benefit HofR more.

Donated items to them and was happy to know they will get used. My first donation here was 24 years ago, so it was wonderful to know that they are still helping those in need.

The staff is great and they offer the families so much. Very clean and quiet. They offer a lot for the children to do after-school as well. Very structured and health atmosphere. I truly believe the people feel safe and secure there.
