I recently had Andrew do an inspection of a home for me. He was very thorough, and explained everything comprehensively during our walk through. The inspection report was highly detailed and had useful photos for reference. I’d recommend him as an inspector.
He gave a very detailed report. It helped show we need a new roof and it found some electrical issues at the house. Due to his details we were able to have these resolved by the seller.
Was able to schedule quickly and was very responsive and thorough. I couldn’t make initial inspection so he scheduled another when I would be in town.
Andrew was incredibly nice and very easy to work with. He went above and beyond and help us out with all of our questions and concerns. I wouldn't want anyone else inspecting my home. I would recommend him to anyone!
