Reviewers describe HRS Builders LLC as a general contractor handling diverse projects including home remodels, deck replacements, foundation repairs, and commercial renovations. Customers frequently cite clear communication, responsive scheduling, and quality craftsmanship as primary benefits. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews involves difficulty reaching the company, with callers reporting multiple attempts without receiving a return phone call.

We’ve worked with HRS on one of their most recent projects and have witnessed firsthand the quality of their craftsmanship and the reliability of their crews. Honest, trustworthy hardworking people. Would definitely recommend them to any one looking to have some work done.
Thank you so much! We appreciate you so much!
The team at HRS did a beautiful job on my home! What started out as a just a replacement of a dilapidated small deck turned into a complete overhaul of the entire home both inside and out. My home is in the historic district and was in very poor condition when I purchased it with help needed for everything from foundation to roof. All the walls were rebuilt and foam insulation was added throughout. Two new bathrooms were added and an original cove ceiling was completely rebuilt. All new floors, garage, and an additional giant deck added so now it feels like we are living in a treehouse❤️ I can’t thank the guys enough for the beautiful work they did! A special call out to Chad, Pat and Joe! And the pictures don’t even do it justice!
Debbie, it was so much fun getting to work with you! Thank you for trusting us with your home, we appreciate it more than you know! Sincerely, The HRS Team
My wife and I needed help fixing a flooding issue under one of the rooms built on a crawlspace in our house out in Williamson Valley. I got on the internet, called around to several contractors in the area, and HRS were the only ones who were not only interested in helping but did not hesitate. Some of the other businesses never even called us back... HRS ended up not only helping us totally solve a daunting issue, but also re-wired part of the house due to rodent damage, re-landscaped the terrain around the house to redirect water away from the foundation, installed French drains, fixed access points to the crawlspace at various locations around the house, repaired damaged fencing, built concrete stairs to the front door with a new sidewalk, and re-roofed our shed with a metal roof. I might even be forgetting some things...oh yeah - and repaired some termite damage! Bottom line - they saved us and were happy to do it when no one else was. The owner Hue, Chad the foreman, all the office people and every carpenter and laborer that works for them is outstanding. They were always on time, polite, more than courteous and accommodated us in every way possible - and last but not least their work is top notch! The communication and scheduling throughout our project was outstanding. I cannot recommend them enough - I'd give 'em 20 stars if I could. They don't know it yet but we'll be calling them again here shortly for something else... Bottom line - these folks will take care of you. If your looking for a home contractor then look no further than HRS Builders.

Quality work, great communication and efficient execution. P.V., AZ.
I needed an attic ladder put in and this team did such an amazing job. Me and my family really are happy with the work they did and in the amount of time that it took to do. They are very responsive and always keep you informed of what is going on. I will continue to use this company.
Thank you so much for the 5-star review! It was a pleasure working with you, and we’re glad you’re happy with how everything turned out. We’re here anytime you need us again.
When a medical issue came up my famliy needed to make a life changing decision. The decision was to turn the garage into a studio apartment and laundry room. HRS Builders LLC made this decision into reality. The Owner of the company worked with me to keep the cost down so we were able to afford it. I was able to work with a professional team that stayed on schedule and were respectful. I am so happy with the results. I would not hesitate to use them again. The company is honest and hard working. Believe me you can trust this company to provide honest service at a great outcome
I had a balcony replaced on my townhouse. It was old trex deck and heavy wood railing in need of repair and updating. Hieu upgraded my balcony with metal railing and fire safe trex deck. Hieu was very nice in keeping me updated along the way. Once started it moved along quickly. It turned out way better than expected! Great crew, respectful of my property and friendly. What a great experience!
Hieu Snyder of HRS &Sons and his workers have been wonderful to work with in replacing several upper and lower balconies and decks for the Haisley Homestead Townhouses in Prescott. The balconies and decks were over 40 years old and were completing replaced in accordance with the new fire code for construction in a forest area. We will continue to work with Hieu in replacing other balconies and decks in our townhouse community. Thank you Rudy Hernandez Haisley HOA President
Love this company! We hired them for a remodel out at Stoneridge subdivision. They did such a great job. They were very conscientious about their work. Everything was done like their reputation depended on it. I have only praise and nothing negative to say. I would hire them again in a minute!
