We joined as a family this last summer. This gym was extremely family friendly and was a wonderful place for the kids learn to safely lift weights. The gym is very clean, the members are friendly and the staff is always helpful. We can strongly recommend working out here.
As a teacher, this is a perfect gym! It’s open 24 hours, multiple classes, and the staff are amazing! If you are looking for a gym home , this is the place!
They charge you a full month to cancel because of their 30 day cancellation fee. And you have to show up in person to cancel. For a gym that was so easy to sign up for, canceling the membership is a real pain.

Sorry you are upset about the 30 day cancellation notice. We are very upfront and transparent about the 30 day cancellation policy from the moment any member signs up and completes their terms and conditions.
Please remember to sign up there was a standard membership form to complete, coming in to the gym in person to complete terms and conditions, be assigned a key fob, receive a tour, ect. To cancel is actually a simpler process as you are just required to come in person and complete the single 30 day notice cancellation form. Or, if preferred The State of Texas does allow a certified letter in the mail to complete a 30 day cancellation notice. Again, not required if you come in to any of our locations to complete the form.
Every member does still get to utilize the gyms for the days paid for. Therefore, again at the time of sign up we strongly encourage submitting the 30 day notice as soon as you know it will be your last month.

Good gym, not too crowded, clean, helpful staff. Keep in mind you need to come in person to sign up and cancel too. I would appreciate if there was an online or phone option

Great staff and an exceptionally clean gym with a laid back vibe. Lots of cardio, free weights and machines to choose from. Easily the coolest and drama free gym I have ever been a member of.
