Mark and Troy did a fantastic job installing our new home security system. When I had some issues with the iPhone app they came over and helped troubleshoot the issue, and got eveything working perfectly in less than an hour. Thank you again!

5 star work-HTS installed a system for us and I am impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. The whole process from quote through install was smooth, didn’t push us to more than we wanted. The box in the garage and parts inside are very clean and neat looking. In and out quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

Excellent service since day one— and that was 16 years ago. Mark did a wonderful job of securing our large home with over 32 sensors for windows, doors, water, smoke, etc. Plus to this day he answers his phone promptly any time we have questions about operation, battery replacement, or if we need to change settings. Once, when my wife had a very significant medical event I was able to summon the rescue squad at the push of a button. The system paid for itself that one incident; you just can’t put a price on that kind of peace of mind!
By far the most professional 2 men I have ever let in my home. Mark and Troy are terrific!!! The cameras and security system they installed works flawlessly and is simple to use even for me. Thank you so much!!!
Mark updated our security system in our home 12 years ago and we have worked with him ever since. The installation, updated maintenances through the years and security is quality. We can call Mark and he answers his phone (that's a big deal these days), knows our account and helps us with our system quickly and efficiently. Top Notch! Feel very confident recommending HTS.
I've had HTS for nearly 10 years....first home security, and then my entire restaurant and banquet center. I couldn't imagine better service and how fast any issue however small is resolved.
