Very rude employees. Complaining about supposed private parking at building but theres not a single notice posted anywhere in or out of parking lot. Parked in parking lot by mistake while trying to complete a delivery that took maybe 3 minutes, if that and came back to "Karen" rudely yelling out " you know this is private parking, right?" OBVIOUSLY NOT considering you have no posted signage. If this is how they treat a temporary random person, id hate to see the treatment they offer anyone else. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Kevin’s the real deal smart, funny, and understanding. He knows his stuff and actually takes the time to listen. Made a stressful situation way easier to handle. Highly recommend him!
