Hi , my name is Tony and I am an owner of a Jeep Wrangler, a Mini cooper jcw, and a Ram Promaster 3500. I was searching online to have my Jeep repaired. I even used Ai via Chat gpt and it point to one direction for the best repair shop you can go to. Hughes Motors Auto Repair. They were curtious right from the moment I walked in. I felt confident that I would leave as happy as I did when I walked in. They were informative and fix my vehicle. I left with a piece of mind. If you want only the best, then you deal with only the best. It makes a HUGH' difference where you go. If you like me, please be patient when your having the car serviced so that the mechanics can work efficiently without pressure. I did just that and I am still a happy customer. I will return for all my mechanical needs for all of my owned vehicles.

Feeling blessed that my car broke down near Hughes! Got struck with an alternator that wasn't working properly and a dead battery on my way back to Boston. The second I arrived, I was met with nothing but kindness and understanding. Vinny communicated with me throughout the whole process and impressively got me back on the road in only a few hours! It felt like the whole team was on my side, as I had a job to get back to that evening. Nothing will beat the feeling of everyone wishing me safe travels as I got back in my car. If you're having car troubles, GO TO HUGHES! They'll take good care of you :) A huge thank you to the entire team!!

I went there on Saturday morning for NYS Inspection. I have a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. The woman at reception was very friendly and courteous she told me it would take more or less an hour, and offered complimentary cookies and coffee. I definitely took her up on the coffee and proceeded to walk around the area to kill time. True to her word, I received a call in a little over an hour, letting me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Great personable staff and quick professional work.

It was my first time at this Auto repair shop. I was recommended here from a friend of mine who had work on his car here many times. I was tired of going to the chaotic dealer and paying and arm and a leg for everything. I know I needed my front brakes repaired and there was a ratling noise coming from my front end, which I found out, it was bad tie rods which needed to be replaced. I also needed an inspection. I thought it would be a good time to do it all at once. They did my front brakes with new rotors, replaced the tie rods, wheel alignment and an inspection. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work they performed on my car. The brakes are awsome and the ratling noise in the front end is gone. The car is driving much better now and feels more stable on the road. Everyone at this shop was very friendly and helpful, especially Kevin, who went way above and beyond to help me. Thank you to Hughes Auto Repair. This place will be my new go to auto repair shop.
