Human Head Records
Human Head Records at a glance
Reviewers frequently praise the store's extensive inventory across diverse genres and its affordable bargain bins, noting that staff are generally helpful for finding rare vinyl. However, lower-rated feedback highlights concerns about pricing relative to record condition, disorganized shelving that hinders browsing, and unfriendly interactions with employees. These complaints regarding customer service and layout contrast with the high overall rating, though the owner has not responded to any reviews.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI took a trip from Westland, Michigan all the way to Brooklyn, New York to visit Human Head Records, but I ended up leaving empty-handed. In my opinion, the VG+ records were overpriced for their condition, so the trip was disappointing for me. I’ll stick to ordering from their Discogs page if I decide to buy from them in the future, as long as the 45 is graded VG++, Near Mint, or Mint and the asking price is consistent with the Discogs median price and the 45’s actual sales history.
