I wish I would have known about their services before with other pets. They have been fantastic to work with for immunizations and a spay surgery.
My cat came in to be spayed. While she was being operated on, it was discovered that she had a serious infection and she was born with organs attached to each other. The vets were able to expertly handle the infection and separating the organs. She is recovery very well.
Great place if you need help for your pets. For one time they helped with food for my dogs, a friend's dog we were watching & the two cats we have. The adoption side for the animals was very busy. Very caring place
I went in looking for a cat to help my cat with the loss of her bonded companion. I saw 2 cats in a room that were around her age and I went to see if I could go in to see them. I was turned away and told to come back mon- thursday. I work and live in orem so it’s hard to get out this way during the week. I was so…

It's a great place. I am annoyed with being charged the overweight fatty dog spay fee when my dog isn't overweight, she's thick. Pretty sure if I can count 6 ribs, she indeed is not overweight.

I was so disappointed I couldn’t go into the room to see their personalities. I would rethink that rule . Very sad. Also the lady was on her phone when I went up to ask. Hopefully what she said wasn’t made up so she didn’t have to do any.

We get it! No one loves being called overweight, even by their doctor. The charge is related to the extra time required to spay thick dogs - no offense meant!
We went on a Sunday, because we found a gog wondering at West Jordan, admissions don't work on Sundays, but still they help us scanning the little one.
